Submit to more than 200 directories in less than 10 minutes
Few people asking me, how did I manage to get more than 300 visitors a day for this site on a short time. I do not have any secret to keep, so I tell them, apart from submit a press release, announce site launch on few forums, I also submitted 50 Pages Website to hundreds of directory. And how can I do all that overnight? Manual directory submission, would take at least 2 minutes for each directory. Thanks to SubmitNow automatic directory submitter from Lazy Seo, I managed to this site to 265 FREE directories in less than 10 minutes. What I do is, setup the details of my site to submit (which is I can save it) and select which directories to submit, (because this site is new, I select to submit to all directories) and click the submit button. Within few minutes, I start to get confirmation emails informing that my submission received and pending for review. Only in few minutes, hundreds of confirmation emails filled up my inbox and I still can continue my works while waiting for the submission to finish. Its not so long though, just about 10 minutes, all submissions done, and I can view the log on which directories the submission are succeed and which directories failed so that I can resubmit later. For only $19.95 per month, I think it is really worth is, because I used to pay $20, $30 for manual directory submission with the same results, but took longer time.

I believe that is not so good idea to submit to so many directories with the same link, anchor text and description at once.
First - most probably google will not count this links (or atleast not all) and
second - can penalize you for spamming.
I’m not sure for the seccond one, but this theorie exists.
